Returns Policy
We have designed a returns policy with you at the heart of it, so you can purchase from us with the knowledge that we will always make things as easy as possible for you.

If a product is damaged:
If you have received door-step or gold delivery service (to room of choice) and the product is damaged after unpacking, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery. We will look to remove the damaged piece and replace it as quickly as possible for you.
If you have the platinum delivery service (unboxing and set-up), our delivery personnel will inspect the furniture as it is unpacked and report any damages back to us in HQ. We will then endeavour to replace the damaged goods as quickly as possible.
All imperfections on Laze Reclaimed pieces are made obvious and pictured on the website before purchase, so we will not accept damage claims in relation to these products.
If you do not like your furniture:
We have a 14 day notice policy in which you can let us know you are not happy with the pieces you receive.
We will collect these pieces from your home free of charge as soon as possible, and issue a refund.
If the pieces are returned damaged, and it was not priorly photographed and mentioned before collection, you will not receive a refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
